I finished Cyberpunk 2077 the other day.
It's actually... pretty fun? I think it helps to take it for what it is and not expect something groundbreaking. A bizarre package for sure; there's charm in its jank, a lot of genuinely cool stuff, but also a mishmash of ideas and wasted potential amidst the near half billion dollar budget.
To me, Silverhand and his dynamic with V is the highlight of the game. I genuinely adore that bastard. And probably my biggest gripe is that it's honestly way too big. After tens of hours, it really started weighing on me how much time I spent on something that's ultimately neither mindblowing nor life changing.
Anyway. Photo mode is cool. Taking photos of ever-present jank is double cool.
